Took my six year old son for his first lesson. Was greeted with a fun, safe atmosphere. Staff were beyond helpful and knowledgeable which was refreshing. There are adult classes to which I might have to try out myself. Kudos to all the staff and instructors, my son had a blast.
I have been going to breathe parkour for over a year and I have had fun the entire time! It is a great place for beginners to enjoy a new sport and learn how to do parkour.
Great place for kids to get some exercise and learn new skills! The instructors are helpful and patient. Customer service is also amazing- I have emailed a few times with questions or a problem with the online registration. Every time, they responded really fast with answers. Highly recommend!

We offer Parkour Classes and recently expanded to include Ninja Warrior! Our Trial and Membership options allow you to use your classes too so you can practice however you'd like!
We've recently expanded our age options to have ages 3-5 on certain days to allow the Little Kids to get more comfortable moving their body and being aware of their surroundings! Please make sure to reach out if you are interested as our class size and times are limited to help make sure they stay on track while learning!
Since our Littles are still learning the basics this class combines our classic Parkour movements with Fundamental Movement Principles to get them started in the sport of Parkour. The primary difference between the Littles Program is that we’re going to take more time for each skill and include various fundamental movement skills. We want to have the whole group doing the same action either at the same time, or one after the other in a way that we can keep them individually focused.
We offer regular adult classes and a constantly growing community! If you come in with your kid, you can get 50% off your open gym drop in to stay active and have fun with them. If you want to sign up for a membership, every family member after the first receives a 15% discount to help!
