Will my credit card be transferring over? Is that secure?

Yes, your credit card will be moving over with your account. The card information will be passing from one system to the other through a closed channel to ensure that your information remains safe and secure.


Why doesn’t the app work anymore?

The current app we have been using is directly linked to the operations system we’re leaving behind. Don’t worry though, our new system has the “WellnessLiving Achieve Client App” which will allow you to continue booking your classes from your phone once we’ve set-up a new login for you.


Can I still get my payment history?

No. Payment history will not be transferred over to the new system. We will be keeping records from e old system though for a period of 6 months, so if you are in need of that information, we will be able to provide it throughout the transition period.


Will my online login transfer?

We will need to set up a new online login for you. We will be more than happy to set up a temporary password for you, by email or phone, so you can login and adjust it to something more suitable.


How to add bank account transfers? What numbers does Breathe need?

If you would like to use direct withdrawal for your memberships and purchases, we can set that up with our new system. To do this, you would need to provide either a blank cheque or equivalent at the front desk. You can get this directly from your banking branch by requesting a void cheque.
