FOOD - Provide your children with a lunch, 2 snacks, any medication they may need, and a water bottle. Water bottles can be refilled on site.
MEDICATION - Please inform the Breathe staff of any allergies and/or medical conditions and any medication they've brought from home.
CLOTHING - Barefoot training is highly encouraged but if you do bring shoes, please bring clean, indoor runners (do not wear shoes in the parking lot). Be sure participants are in comfortable, athletic clothing such as sweat pants, athletic shorts, comfortable t-shirt, etc. No jeans, no long jewelry, and keep long hair tied back.
